"Gili Mocanu (b. 1971 , Constanța) is a Romanian poet and plastic artist . He graduated from the National University of Arts in Bucharest in 1999, and obtained his master's degree in 2000 with the exhibition "Gili died". He is considered one of the most promising and influential Romanian contemporary artists."
