Recorded in Pennsylvania during the winter of 2026, Dead Mallard's All Ducks Go To Hell follows the project's earlier experiments with amplified farm and landscaping equipment, turning distinctly rural materials into an unconventional source for noise and electroacoustic improvisation. Henry works with microphone and tractor while Ken contributes shovel and tape, combining machinery, amplified objects, environmental resonance and recorded sound into a deliberately rough-hewn sound world.

The absurdist agricultural imagery continues ideas established on Dead Mallard's self-titled 2026 release, where lawnmowers, metal, tape and processed voice became material for an idiosyncratic form of musique concrete. Released by Love Earth Music as LEM-404, this second excursion pushes the project further into the collision between field recording, object percussion, mechanical drone and raw experimental noise.
