Doneda, Michel / Benat Achiary / Kazue Sawai : Temps Couche (Les Disques Victo)

Bringing together French saxophonist Michel Doneda, Basque vocalist Benat Achiary, and Japanese koto master Kazue Sawai, this trio recording unfolds as a deeply exploratory improvisation where extended vocalizations, piercing sopranino saxophone lines, and the resonant timbres of koto intertwine in raw, elemental exchanges that blur cultural boundaries and probe the primal textures of sound.
