"Two longer live works of the now-patented blend of sound collage, crude tape mangling and music concrete sound events executed in a somewhat slapstick manner, where everything is balanced so thin that it can fall apart at any point. First piece recorded in Vilnius, Lithuania, literally days before the world shut down. For quite some time, I thought this might be my last live show ever. I felt sad over this but at the same time the piece has a clear sound where buzzing concrete sound events evolve slowly with percussive elements, cassette tape pause-button screech and cheap microphones used as filters to channel the tape deck ghost drones. This was the last show on a Finland and Baltics tour and very soon after the world was a different place. The second piece represents a new beginning somehow, as the world was recovering from the pandemic grip. It's recorded in Leipzig, Germany, summer 2022 and is a bit more of a performance-based piece with tapes, dictaphone action with cheapsynthesizers swooshing in and out of the sound palette, perhaps making this piece a bit lighter that the first one. The piece ends with some percussive sounds, literally thrown around in the room as a type of invitation to the audience to take part in the performance as an actual, tactile event. Two quite different pieces make up this album, they are related of course but separated in time and space by colossal events of disastrous proportions."-Sindre Bjerga
