It started with a Mats Gustafsson's LP, for which Ozeki Mitkito created a polyvinyl chloride cutout, which Otomo manipulated on his turntable, recording this limited hand-numbered CD.

"First, Ozeki Mikito put a polyvinyl chloride cutout on Mats Gustafsson's baritone sax solo vinyl LP called "it is all about". Then Otomo Yoshihide plays, manipulate and control its LP on his turntable. Mats's sax tones are torn up by Otomo's playing, and Ozeki's cutout stir up new sequence of tones.
