"Yui Onodera is a Tokyo-based composer, music producer whose works explore the relation between musical forms, architectural acoustics and spatial awareness. He studied music and architecture design, after working as an architectural acoustics designer, his familiarity with both the architectural acoustics and sonic arts resulted in numerous commissions to create sounds and music for movies, advertisements, product, web interfaces, app and car navigation system. In addition, he is creating music for specific, tangible locations. He identify those work as "environmental music", the Japanese translation of "ambient" but one that framed it in a new context. One of them, was borne from the corporate benefice of the Japanese airline corporation, designed to be played in their airplane.

As a sounds artist, he has a distinctive figure in the fields of experimental electronic music, modern ambient and multimedia art, working across the spheres of composition, installation work and music production for over 10 years. His work has been internationally recognised and he has released numerous works on esteemed experimental labels like KOMPAKT, Serein, and more. He is also member of the artist collective "nor" whose ethos is centered around the production of multidimensional work through sound, visual and Installation art. In recent years, his works are shown at international festivals and museums including Media Ambition Tokyo and NTT inter communication center [ICC]. In 2017, alongside his musical profession he works as a sound art lecturer at Rikkyo University and Musashino Art University."

Vitiello has performed nationally and internationally, at locations such as the Tate Modern, London; the San Francisco Electronic Music Festival; The Kitchen, New York; and the Cartier Foundation, Paris. In 2011, ABC-TV, Australia produced the documentary Stephen Vitiello: Listening With Intent. Awards include Creative Capital (2006) and a Guggenheim Fellowship (2011-2012).

Vitiello is a professor of Kinetic Imaging at Virginia Commonwealth University. He lives and works in Richmond, Virginia."

"Kenneth Kirschner was born in 1970 in Princeton, New Jersey, and began studying piano at the age of 5. Starting to study Composition at College briefly he found the academic atmosphere of the time (1988) to be too conservative and stifling, with little support for electronic music or for experimental approaches. He therefore gave up studying Music academically and moved to New York City to develop his work on his own. Kenneth spent the 1990s composing and developing his style, while doing occasional commissions for ballet and modern dance. [...]"
