Addendum to Les Disques Victo Sale

Since 1987, Les Disques Victo has documented the extraordinary performances of the Victoriaville Festival, releasing 138 albums to date. Now in its 38th year, the label has become an independent entity from the festival and will continue releasing new albums. This week, we’ve partnered with the label for a special sale, and I’ve had the pleasure of engaging in long conversations with label and festival founder Michel Levasseur.

In a previous blog entry, I shared a video interview with Levasseur — a fascinating look at the history of the festival and his evolving relationship with it. That video is now available on YouTube with subtitles in multiple languages, and I’m happy to share the updated link with you here.

Michel Levasseur discusses the history and evolution of the
Victoriaville Festival in this subtitled video interview.

Squidco has been in business as a mail-order store since 2003.
