Gorgeous environmental and relaxed atmospheric music guided by Ishida's acoustic guitar, music that this young Japanese guitarist describes as acoustic ambient. The pieces show the influence of both modern electro-acoustic improvisation and Japanese traditional music, though in muted and transformed ways, yielding ultimately to the description "digital folk". A beautiful backdrop that stands up to detailed listening, really lovely and contemplative sound.
