The Kadima Collective label is devoted to free improvisation, founded by bassist JC Jones. The label represents a diverse set of artists, with an emphasis on bassists including Joelle Leandre, Barre Phillips, and Mark Dresser. The label has released more than 32 titles and continues to bring outstanding improvisation to the foreground through timely and thought-provoking albums and projects.
