Descriptions, Reviews, &c.

"During the years 2011 and 2012 Somnaphon released a number of tracks on various obscure compilations and assorted net-releases. This release culls a number of these tracks as well as some unreleased material into a cohesive and formal album format.

The works on An Alignment of Various Things range from databent sound sculptures (Eye Calypso), IDM-esque electro mind-fuckery (Batch Leg 34-2, Kardiness) and manic process-oriented midi clusterbombs (My Final Auto-Rotating Shirt, Play) to downtempo glitch electronica (Slow Violet) and electro-acoustic drone work (Hemretic Poles, The Water Sun)."-Somnaphone
