descriptions, reviews, &c.

"First solo album in a long while from this staple of the Calgary creative music scene. This album presents a positively rank collection of improvised pieces performed on Oliver's old resonator guitar, and stands among his finest, most fully realized work. The album falls into the loose continuum of extreme guitar re-think solo albums on Bug Incision, with previous entries being made by the likes of Chris Riggs, David Payne (aka Fossils), Scott "Monty" Munro, and others."-Bug Incision

Artist Biographies:

"Cody Oliver is a guitarist based in Calgary, whose work on the instrument explores the more visceral aspects of prepared guitar and feedback. He has been the runner of multiple record labels and was a co-organizer of nach Hause in the early 00s. He's played with Eugene Chadbourne, Dan Meichel, and with Chris Dadge in the Midnighties."
