Descriptions, Reviews, &c.

"Cordier has traveled in the country, microphones in hand to make us listen readymades of music, nature or events creating music and this without adding treatments or any manipulation : here : the wind whistling in a bridge there, a popular festival in Normandy, or a ferry across the Seine river, surrounded by two highlights. The first is an exploration of volcanoes in Japan while doing "traveling" recordings, making us listen gassing sulfur and gurgling breaths, and because of a fallen leaf in the water it whistle to make that resolutely music. The last track recorded at the time of the nap in south France when nothing happens it turns out to be a kind of evocation of small events: a fly or a dog pass, a plane and the whole looks like a movie. Ranked among the best field recordings in Alexander Galand books "Field Recording, L'usage sonore du monde en 100 albums" (The sound use of the world in 100 albums)"-Herbal International.
