Alt.Vinyl started their their label to be able to put out small run high quality releases by some of their favtheirite contemporary artists. Their first series featured 8" lathe cut EPs all in runs of 150 or 125 and focussed on the experimental and noise scenes primarily in the USA and UK. As they go forward they are now releasing on vinyl, cd, cassette and still on lathe cut also. Their roster of artists includes some of those at the cutting edge of psych, acid folk, noise, drone and experimental music.
