Kuehne, Valerie / Joey Molinaro: Split [7-inch vinyl] (Inverted Music Company)
Label: Inverted Music Company
Released in: USA

Two unusual takes on string instruments in a split 7" release with two pieces each from New Yorkers Joey Molinaro on electric violin & viola + percussion & voice; and Valerie Kuehne on cello and voice. Violinist Molinaro tours frequently performing his unique forms of strings and stamping, a one-man band for the idiosyncratic 21st century. Cellist Kuehne, a co-presenter of NYC's Cello Madness Congress, is also part of the Prom Night collective; here she performs two songs of her own writing.
