Artist Biographies

Kazuto Shimizu (清水 一) is a Japanese pianist, keyboardist, and clarinetist. Born November 2, 1956 in Tokyo. Has backed many other musicians including Gontiti and Masami Tsuchiya. Married to Reichi. He is known for the groups Arepos, Chakra, Hikashu, Killing Time, Lars Hollmer's Global Home Project, O-U, Opabinia, Pre-Cambria Clarinet Quartet, Shakushain, Sorites Paradox, Umezu Kazutoki & Band.
