Jonas Holgersson is one of Swedens most in demand drummers. A member of Jonas Kullhammar Quartet, Magnus Broo Quartet, Jacob Karlsson Trio and many other groups he has toured the world. This is his debut as a leader!

"Jonas Holgersson, born in Furulund (Sweden), has established himself as one of Scandinavians most skilled and well-known drummer. After completed studies at Kungliga Musikhögskolan (Royal Musical Academy in), Stockholm, he soon became a musician in great demand in various bands and projects. The tours have been many, with concerts at clubs, Radio, TV, concert halls (ex. OLYMPIA in Paris) and jazzfestivals in Scandinavian, Europe, Japan, China, Canada, Mexico and USA.

Since 1997, Jonas has made over 1000 performances and appeared on over 40 records. He has performed and recorded with known names as Chris Potter, Phil Markowitz, Till Brönner, Jonas Kullhammar Quartet, Rigmor Gustafsson Band, Benny Golson, Magnus Lindgren Quartet/Big Band, Magnus Broo, Scott Kinsey, Jackie Terrasone, Tim Hagans, James Ingram, Jeff Andrews, Palle Danielsson, Bobbo Stensson, NDR-Big Band, Jojje Wadenius, Nils Landgren, Ulf Wakenius, Monica Zetterlund and many more."-Jonas Holgersson website
