The pieces on this CD are enigmatic and loaded with energy. Achim Kaufmann has coined the CD with a fictitious word: Verivyr – a title that Kaufmann says "may allow for various associations – one could associate the title with such words as verify, river, fire – and also the 'yr' in Kyrill. An exciting flow of musical thoughts, the heat of creative moments, the intensity of motion is blended with the allure of continual discovery and new musical possibilities.
