A collaboration between Swedish sax phenomenon Mats Gustafsson and vocalist and electronic artists Yoshimi from Boredoms & her own OOIOO. Gustafsson has been a long time fan of Yoshimi, and the two teamed up in Sweden in April, 2005 for a duo concert, which was recorded and now released as Words on the Floor. Gustafsson plays the slide saxophone alongside tenor and baritone sax, and fluteophone, an unusual instrument that allows a fluid and almost human quality to the instrument. Both play electronics, and with Yoshimi's vocalizing this is an unusual, powerful and psychedelic work.
