Double CD from this incredibly talented group of musicians, presenting 13 new studio tracks and 13 live tracks from a Seattle prog festival in 2002 where they played material from their now out of print "Carnival Detrounement" along with other compositions. Comparisons to Miriodor or Lars Hollmer may give an idea of the territory covered, along with the obvious Thinking Plague connection (Dave Willey and Mark Harris were both Plague members). There's is a complex and joyful chamber rock that's informed by strong reed, accordion and guitar, though descending often into more mysterious and menacing material. Technically these guys are amazing, with a creative and playful sense that appealing and awe-inspiring. This group is a personal favorite, recommended for all fans of chamber/prog.
