US orders may request insurance on their order. International orders may request registered mail if allowed by the desintation country for your order by including a note requesting such in the additional comment field of the checkout screen. Insurance and delivery costs will be calculated and confirmed via email, and added to the order before any charges are put through. You may also choose to purchase additional insurance at a fixed international rate.
For countries where the US Post Office does not offer insurance then the order will be sent via registered mail.

Deliveries without insurance or confirmation are at the risk of the buyer - Squidco cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders.

All claims for lost orders with insurance, registered mail service or delivery confirmation must be made within 30 days of receiving email confirmation on the shipment of your US or Canadian order, 60 days for international orders. For lost orders with insurance or registered mail service, reshipment or refund will not be issued until 30 days for domestic orders, 60 days for international orders.
