US shipping is either by Media Mail (cheapest) or 1st class. A

US Media Mail shipment is $2.38 for any size order.

US 1st Class Shipment & All Canadian Customers Costs for US 1st Class & Canada are the same rates, and are based on the weight of the item that you are shipping. Each product that we sell has a weight associated with it, which can be seen in the detailed product description on the right side of the listing as "Shipping Units"

US customers may request Delivery Confirmation for their orders at a flat rate of $0.80.

All international shipments are sent via The US Post Office using Airmail. Costs for International shipment are based on the weight of the item that you are shipping. US orders may request insurance on their order. International orders may request registered mail if allowed by the desintation country for your order by including a note requesting such in the additional comment field of the checkout screen. Insurance and delivery costs will be calculated and confirmed via email, and added to the order before any charges are put through. You may also choose to purchase additional insurance at a fixed international rate.
For countries where the US Post Office does not offer insurance then the order will be sent via registered mail.

Deliveries without insurance or confirmation are at the risk of the buyer - Squidco cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders.

All claims for lost orders with insurance, registered mail service or delivery confirmation must be made within 30 days of receiving email confirmation on the shipment of your US or Canadian order, 60 days for international orders.

All sales at Squidco Shopping are final. However we will accept returns for defective media or products. Please contact sales within 14 days of shipment date if there is a problem with your order. Damaged or defective media or products will be replaced if still available, or will be refunded.
