The No Neck Blues Band is still a self-serving, neo-dadaistic postmodern ideal in which the audience never matters but always counts. It is, as it has always been, at the vanguard of the New Collective ideal and serves as the perfect im perfect model of such, imperfection being one of its primary goals.
